The assembly for the spring term 2007 was based on James Bond and an encounter with the evil Blofeld and his assistant Lynx who have dognapped the Prime Minister's dog Ayla in whom a micro chip has been implanted. The dates of all the school holidays are encrypted on this chip and unless Bond can recover the dog, every child in the UK will have to remain in school without holidays for the next ten years.
It is always our hope and belief that James Bond will succeed. But he is just a fictitious character. Jesus however is a real person in whom we can put our trust and he is totally dependable to be with us when we face the challenges of life.
The S:Cool Team work in the local Schools (St Petrocs Independent, Bude Junior School, Bude Infant School, Marhamchurch Primary School, Morwenstow Primary School,Whitstone Primary, Bridgerule Primary, Stratton Primary) bringing the Good News of Jesus to the young Children. At Present the S:cool Team works in eight primary schools sharing the Gospel is different. This includes;
